The leaves of the Moringa tree are carefully hand-picked, dried and ground into a fine powder.
The gentle treatment preserves all nutrients in an easy to use powder with the highest biological amino acid availability of all vegetable products. Packed with minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants makes moringa powder an ideal and complete  dietary supplement.

The moringa leaf powder is from an organic project in Tanzania set up to promote sustainable development. This is beneficial for its own population and the export for  smallholders as an income.
With African partners the first organic training center  in the sub Saharan region is set up in Namibia. Young people are stimulated. Farmers are advised, audited and trained. The project is based on environmental, social and economic welfare.

THE HISTORY

Moringa oleifera from the moringaceae family, is a tree native to the foothills of the Himalayas in India. From India the tree is easily spread out to other parts of Asia, South America and Africa…
The moringa tree is also called murungai tree, the tamil word for drumstick referring to the pods with seeds.
Another name is miracle tree because of the many properties.

PEASANT WOMAN

The dedicated farmers take care of planting, harvesting, drying and grinding the moringa leaves and are advised, monitored and trained. The project is based on environmental, social and economic well-being.

MORINGA: VERSATILE AND NUTRITIONAL

The moringa leaves contain 28% protein with essential amino acids and is rich in BCAA (branched chain amino acids) particularly important for  the build-up of muscles, excellent for athletes.
Moringa contains a large amount of selenium combined with vitamin E as anti-oxidant. Magnesium for healthy muscles, potassium, calcium, sodium effective for neuronal lines, iron for red blood cells.. These electrolytes and trace elements are easily lost by intense perspiration.
Essential is that by using moringa powder, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, anti- oxidants are taken in a natural way.
The moringa powder can be used in cereals, smoothies, beverages, desserts, yoghurt, dressings and salads. It can be added to dishes, sauces, curries and bakery products to enrich the nutritional value.
